We help our customers purchase all types of products, from standard products already available in supplier catalogues, where we select best of breed manufacturers from all over China, to custom built and one-off production runs requiring multiple sampling passes and integration of components from several sub-suppliers.

Regardless of the complexity of the product and process, SPA takes on the responsibility to deliver high quality services each step of the way, allowing our customers at all times to accurately assess the cost/benefits of sourcing a product in China.

For certain customers, SPA analyses their current purchasing practices and volumes, and develops with these customers an appropriate China sourcing strategy, selecting the products best suited to sourcing in China.

For other clients, SPA helps them set up an alternative to current in-house manufacturing of certain high labor/ lower tech parts or assemblies, allowing these clients to focus on activities such as R&D, high value-added manufacturing and final assembly.

We are not afraid to say no. For certain products, either due to product complexity or low volumes, it is clearly uneconomical to source in China. For other products, preliminary or in-depth research might have to be completed before a go/no-go decision in reached.
